Interesting stats are everything we love!
Here's a good one: in the UK, 855,000 mobile phones are flushed down the toilet every year. Other 315,000 get lost in taxis, 225,000 in buses, 58,000 to dogs and 116,000 in the laundry.
I'm curious about Romania - are the people here more careful with their belongings or do they display the same British attitude?
P.S.: this one is dedicated to my good friend (you know who you are :P) who always loses his house keys, mobile phone and wallet (did I forget anything? :P).
